Group Classes are high quality group workouts that combine small group technique instruction, drilling, live wrestling, situational wrestling and wrestling specific conditioning. All classes are instructed by our experienced coaching staff. All classes at all levels are designed and executed to ensure Elite Wrestling members receive effective instruction and challenging workout each time they are on our mats. "Progress in the Process"

Private Training

With Private Lessons, our coaches will hold your accountability to higher levels and guide you through fully customized Technique Sessions to get you the fastest and best results possible. Private Lessons are offered to current Elite Wrestlers and non-members. We offer private small group pairings.

Small Group Fee: $30/wrestler

Group Size: Two to Three pairs

We have Experienced Coaches for all ages, both boys and girls. Lightweights, Middleweights and Heavyweights all welcome.

NEW THIS YEAR... Optional but we hope everyone does this. Thursday, July 11th we will have two locations running if need be for those that can not get to Seaside, NJ on Thursday. Question listed below in questionnaire / waiver. I am scheduling to have Campers meet in Seaside Heights where we will enjoy Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach after we have them work out at the Seaside Heights Bay Beach next to Stewart's. 1200 NJ-35, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751. After workout I will provide 1 pass per camper and 1 pass for camper guardian. At a specified time we will meet for lunch on the boardwalk, then camp has concluded. I will have counselors working with me to keep everyone safe. Parents will obviously be around as well. All welcome.

Camp Summary

Camp is Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 2:30pm. Drop-Off 8:30am. There will be no youth practices this camp week at club. In addition to my coaches and guest clinicians, I will have college students as counselors to help keep an eye on the younger ones. We have a daily outside run that we do in the morning S&C session so please include running sneakers. I do allow for them to play out on the property in their free time so please provide extra clothes for each day. They get dirty. We will also he organized games and activities. Great opportunity for you kids to have a great local week of camp. Pricing has been kept to a minimum to encourage you all to get involved.

10:15 Some of us will Walk, others will Drive with parent to Breakwater Beach (3 blocks away). Let the fun begin! Bands I provide will give access to Breakwater Beach and Casino Pier. 1 per camper and 1 per parent/guardian. Additional tickets will be available for sale at entrance of park.
12:30-1:30 Everyone meets for Lunch at Casino Pier Pizza
1:30 Camp is Over
1:30 You are permitted to resume the fun with your people and bands provided.

History of Elite Wrestling #BetterEveryday Summer Camp

2017 was our first year hosting the “Elite Wrestling #BetterEveryday Wrestling Camp”. This inaugural year we limited camp wrestlers to grades K-8th. The feedback has been extremely positive and we are looking forward to next year. This years’ 5-day camp included fun, purposeful activities, team building games, swimming, strength & conditioning, mindset training, wrestling technique & drill sessions. Temporary pool on-site was fun, water was freezing but the kids still made the most of it.

In addition to our amazing Elite Wrestling Staff, we had special guests clinicians everyday of the week. They included All American’s RU’s Anthony Perrotti & Rider’s Chad Walsh, RU Head Coach Scott Goodale, UFC World Champion’s Frankie Edgar & Marlon Moraes and Penn State’s Nick Suriano.

2018 we did much of the same that made the camp a success in 2017. We had wrestling with NCAA All American's (Northwestern) Sebastian Rivera, (UNC) Troy Heillman, (Rutgers) Scott Delvechio. We had self-defense (anti-bully day) with UFC World Champions Frankie Edgar and UFC Top Contender Marlon Moraes. Lastly, Kevin Malast of Malka Sports talking motivation and inspiration. Another amazing experience for all involved.

2019 Once again another successful year. Rivera, Ashnault, Edgar and others delighted the campers.

2020 Year of Covid - No Camp 🙁

2021 Year of Covid - No Camp 🙁

2022 We Are Back!! All Camp clinicians were #EliteAlumni including Luke Lanno, Scott Winston, Brian Broderick, Canaan Bethea, Maz Bethea, Lex Knapp, Mike Denver, Joe Pollard, Vin Dellefave, Frankie Edgar and Sebastian Rivera. It was amazing to have my alumni back, giving back. We've had a great run here at the barn and this year we paid homage to those who came before and those of now.

2023 Picked up where we left off and improved. Another successful year here in Jackson, NJ. The fun never ends and either does the wrestling learning. Running, Playing, Swimming, Riding, Wrestling and more. This year's Clinicians included VT Cody Brewer, VT Sam Latona, RU Joe Pollard, RU Dean Peterson, SKWC Sebastian Rivera, UFC Frankie Edgar, PU Joe Dubuque and PU Chris Ayers. They had the campers locked in all sessions.

2024 July 8th - July 11th Going to be another fun year of learning.
